There are currently an estimated 80,000 home owners in New Zealand who have the ability to sub-divide or place a second house on their property. Are you one of those people? Would you like to help someone onto the property ladder with a low cost prefabricated HABODE home AND make some money whilst doing it?
At HABODE we are compiling a Register of areas in New Zealand where people own a back section or a piece of land that is big enough to put one or more houses on. If you would like to sub-divide and sell your back section or, alternatively, lease it to someone who would like to put a HABODE house on it, we will connect you with someone in your area that wants to buy one of our homes but is having difficulty finding land.
Alternatively, if you would like a HABODE home but can’t find land, sign on to our Register and we can put you in touch with someone in your chosen area who is happy to sub-divide or lease their land.
Sounds like a win-win situation to us and there’s absolutely no catch!
One of our aims at HABODE is to improve the housing situation in New Zealand. We see this as a way for at least 80,000 people to get a leg up on the property ladder, and for 80,000 others to make some money whilst helping a fellow Kiwi.
